Pitching Rule & State Tournament Notes

Managers, I have 2 things for you today.
- The pitching rule will stay the same in 2018. You had an opportunity to vote on the website but less than 33% voted. To stay on the rubber carried by 7 votes.
- There are not any Hosts for the State Tournaments this year because teams backed out. Therefore the FHC Board will Host these tournaments. Just as in many of the National Tournaments, the umpires will keep score and regulate courtesy runners and the teams will be responsible for retrieving your own Home Run balls. Make sure you have enough players to do this. You are on a time limit.
