Managers, it was quite unfortunate, but we had to cancel both days of the tournament this past weekend. As you know, we try everything in our power to allow you to play. November is the driest month of the year, but the area received some 4 inches of rain on Friday and Saturday morning. The fields were still unsafe after drying all day Saturday, so we cancelled about 4pm. We know that most of you hung in there all day Saturday at some cost as well, so this is what the Board decided. All teams that registered for the tournament and was on the schedule for Saturday will get credit for all of your Players on your roster. The teams that did not drop out of the tournament will receive their tournament fee back or it can carry over to the December Tournament. Just let Al Melendez know. If you dropped out of the tournament your Players get credit but you do not get your money back. That is the policy of the Association. We still have to pay the bills. God bless and stay safe.
