Guy's, it's with great sadness that I let everyone know that Ted Homer, one of our umpires and a very dear friend of mine passed away this morning due to cancer. Ted truly enjoyed umpiring and being out on the field with the guys. Ted was a very competitive person all of his life and it tore him up that he couldn't work anymore. The medications Ted was on prevented him from being able to be out in the sun for long periods of time as well, therefore he couldn't come out to the tournaments just to be around the guy's and the game. RIP my friend, you'll be missed.
